We got to spend a week at Newport Beach with Matt's family this past month. We stayed at a beach house right on the beach, which was nice since our kids wanted to be there morning, noon, and night!
They LOVED playing steal the flag on the beach once it was dark, and although it proved to be quite the workout for us adults, we had a lot of fun!
The place we rented had 7 boogie boards for our use which came in very handy.

We also spent one day at Disneyland and one day at California Adventure.
Ty loved the rides and the characters!
We went and saw the Newport Beach Temple too.
Two days after arriving home, we packed our bags again and headed up to
Midway to celebrate the 4th of July!
We enjoyed our usual tradition of going to the Oakley Rodeo!
