Jackson had a fun Birthday! We went to the condo for the weekend and opened his presents up there. He got Skylanders, new ski pants, and a snowboard/sled, some clothes, new wheels for his skateboard, and a paper airplane launcher. The sweetest gift came from Alex. Both Jackson and Alex are saving up their money to buy our old ipods and Jackson was only two dollars away so Alex took money from his own savings and gave it to Jackson for his birthday- so Jackson got his ipod. Alex thought of it all on his own and was so excited for Jackson to open his card and find the money! The next day we went tubing at Gorgoza Park in Park City. It was freezing cold! The wind was blowing so hard that the snow was coming in sideways. I had forgotten to bring their goggles but somehow none of this stopped them from spending almost 2 hours out in the cold!
Since Monday was his real birthday we went to Boondocks for FHE then we came home for Jackson's favorite Molten Lava Cake. Ten candles proved to be a bit much for Jackson, he had a tough time getting them all out and afterwards we noticed he had singed the ends of his eyelashes (see above). Kinda funny!
