Striving for Mediocrity!

The other day Alex asked me to do something for him and I replied that yes I would do it, after he told me I was the best Mom in the whole world. He just laughed and said "if you were the best mom you would give me everything I wanted." We had a good laugh about that but he still refused to say it. Today I tried again. He asked me to fill up his milk and then bring it to him where he was watching TV. I said "sure after you tell me I am the best mom in the whole world". He started laughing then said "Mom - you are Medium!" When I started laughing he said "what, it is good to be medium." Maybe I at least get credit as a mother for teaching him honesty!
