We just returned from a great trip. We were lucky to be able to enjoy cousins and family from both sides. It was of course a big crowd with my side!

The boys amazed me this trip. This is their first time on Tower of Terror. They both survived and when it was over Jackson immediately wanted another ride, Alex on the other hand will probably never ride it again. Jackson also rode California Screamin for the first time. Andrew also loved the rides. He would get so upset when they were over and we were often having to pry his hands off the rides to get him out. He would scream in his stroller "ride, ride" over and over. We tested just how much he liked rides by taking him on the Matterhorn. When it was over he simply said "whoa", then "bad guy", then "again". We did it again for him and his reaction was exactly the same. Matt and I really enjoyed doing the bigger rides with our boys this year.
Alex finally got over his fear of fighting Darth Vader and wanted to do Jedi Training this year. Thankfully he was picked and it made it all the more fun when Jackson and Nash were picked as well. I think this is Jackson's fourth time doing it but it never gets old. The funniest was that he was wearing his PJ's under his costume but got hot and took the costume off. He looks so skinny in his PJ's and when the announcer picked him out of the crowd he said "and how about this little boy - who definitely doesn't eat enough." Matt and I laughed pretty hard.
We enjoyed some time at the beach and even finally got some sunshine on our last day (it happened to be my birthday so that was fun!). The whole week was pretty dismal and rainy at times but it didn't ruin the trip or disneyland at all.
The boys had fun learning to surf with Matt, Jackson really got the hang of it!
